Staff very accommodating, comfy bed, excellent dinner and breakfast. Not complaints at all.

When outside the traffic noise from the M40 was noticeable but not enough to detract from an enjoyable stay.

Good location from the motorway and near the shopping village

Room was unlocked when we arrived, pillows wasn’t very comfy, poor bathroom fitting quality. Evening staff on check in wasn’t very hospitable.

Lovely location, food was excellent as was the service. Full marks for that.

We had a ground floor super deluxe room. It was obvious it was a dog friendly room which we wouldn’t have chosen if we were given the option. Otherwise it had all the usual facilities, just that feint smell of dog , which was a shame.
