GBFriendly staff. Room was good. Breakfast was good, amazing view from the breakfast area.
Description says it was many TV channels but no aerial, so only had a few tv apps. When asked, they said you can receive the channels via the app but not really. The guy tried, and he couldn't get any channels other than Vietnamese programs. 3% credit card surcharge if you buy at the reception. We were told you have to pay this everywhere so we bought our Fancipan ticket at the hotel but actually, you don't have to pay the 3% surcharge directly at the Fancipan ticket office. Location-wise, hotel is on a steep hill, only some vehicle will come up, most will only drop and pick up at the bottom of the road.

AUClean stylish boutique hotel with lovely touches such as the baby grand piano in the lobby Room was gorgeous with a little round bathtub and decor a mix of provincial and traditional local fabrics and colors. Super comfortable room and bed Excellent full breakfast Lovely balcony in room looking out to mountain and city vista. We loved it here

Sky-bar under renovation, it is closed and there are some construction noises early in the morning.

The sky bar was being renovated and was closed, the sky bar is as one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, there was no information telling us this would be closed. Also the renovations were right above us and created a lot of noise until after 6pm
