SGThe hotel staff are friendly and attentive to our needs. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Overall hotel interior is nice and comfortable to be in. It’s fairly situated near Sun Plaza and other eateries (within 5 minutes walk from hotel). There are many massage parlours around the hotel and a mini mart right beside the hotel. Hotel breakfast is decent but smaller than expected.
The hotel is situated on a slope and it would be inconvenient for people who have issues walking up on steep roads. Air condition is not on at the hotel lobby and it’s a little stuffy.

AUIt’s a newish hotel, ambience is lovely, soft music playing in foyer, and at the roof eating area. Facilities are modern, sleek, and perfect for the price. Staff are exceptional, full of information as well as assistance. A short walk to the centre of Sapa tourist activities. I’d recommend to all, including families.
