MYReceived an immediate response after a last-minute booking (switched from another hotel), and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The rooftop view was stunning, and the bathtub had a unique design. I had a night bus and it was raining all day, but luckily they let me hang out at the lobby and terrace the whole time. Big thanks to the front desk team for being so patient and helpful!
Climbing up from the town centre made me realise I might be a little out of shape. The sound insulation could be improved, as I could still hear chopping noises in the morning from the 6th floor.
AEWe liked everything. The hotel is new, it was really clean. We booked deluxe room but they upgraded us to suite. Thank you! I could say that this is one of the best hotels we have stayed by far. The staffs were really nice and helpful. The location is perfect. If you are planning to go to Sapa, you should book this hotel.

AUUSThis is a lovely boutique hotel just outside the main square. The rooms are well appointed and look exactly like the photos, but we did experience some minor difficulty that give one pause regarding returning.
We had a very large group and despite making arrangements beforehand, the check-in was still problematic. They were only willing to provide one key per room and charge individuals for what would be minor in fractions at other hotels: a dirty pillowcase, a missing pair of slippers, a dirty Washcloth.

SGConvenient location and big rooms. There were marts and lots of massage places in the vicinity. Only a 5 min walk to Sun Plaza to take the funicular to Fansipan
