Big rooms, very clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast and central location

Bon emplacement, personnel sympa et offrant des conseils. Petit bar et belle terrasse. Petit déjeuner avec des fruits ce qui fait du bien au réveil.

Mauvaise insonorisation, on entend les bruits des travaux, de la route, mais rien d'anormal au sri lanka

1. Das Hotel ist mitten im Zentrum. Deswegen ist es auch dementsprechend sehr laut. Die Zimmer sind gar nicht schalldicht, da manche Flächen statt mit Fenstern mit Gitternetz versehen waren - z.B. über den Türen. Ohne Übertreibung, man konnte ab 05:30 nicht mehr schlafen, weil es so laut war. Und vor 02:00 Uhr war schlafen auch kaum möglich - auch wegen der Lautstärke. 2. Kein Zimmerservice, nur ein Badetuch in die Hand bekommen und das war es auch schon. 3. Auch wenn abgegeben - kein Safe im Zimmer, keine Klimaanlage

The owner of the property was extremely helpful and kind. There was a small mix up with our booking but he made sure everything was ok and looked after us really well. He could not do enough to help out, he was very kind.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and supportive, going out of their way to ensure that every need is met. The service exceeded my expectations, and their warm hospitality made the experience even more memorable. The breakfast was delicious and fantastic and the chingu restaurant offers different food varieties, seafood dishes and mouthwatering desserts. Lastly, Heaven’s gate offers great value for money. With such an incredible setting, spacious rooms, and top-notch service, I felt like I got more than what I paid for. Perfectly settled on Passara Road in Ella centre, this place is safe and offers good value for its facilities. A bar at the entrance is a space where one can easily meet other fellow travellers, while the spacious rooms at the back suit anyone looking for a central and clean place to sleep.
