Drinking water provided in room. Fairly close to railway station.

No Wi-Fi reception in room. Shower took ages to warm up. No hot water in sink. Noisy.

Location is great in the city centre of Ella. Comfortable bed

TV is there but it is not working, which is very frustrating to see because we are travelling with kids. They need some relaxing time watching tv. Very slow wifi. No hair dryer. Tea bags there but no kettle. Tiny little parking space.

Amazing location. You can walk from the train station in about 5 minutes. Staff were super friendly and could not do enough for you! Mr Raja thank you for making me feel so welcome. Their restaurant next door does a lovely paneer curry. Breakfast in the morning was beautiful fruits, fresh juice, omelette , bacon, sausage and loads of toast! If you are a vegetarian like myself it’s no problem! Honestly you will not leave this breakfast hungry. This hotel is behind the bar but music finishes about 10pm so not too late. Had two good nights sleep. Overall would recommend and would stay again. Thanks!

we were enveloped in a warm, welcoming. The rooms are spacious & clean. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring. The staff at Heavens Gate are the epitome of hospitality. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, providing personalized recommendations for local attractions and ensuring we had everything we needed. Their genuine warmth and friendliness made us feel right at home. We can't wait to return and experience this heavenly retreat once again. Highly recommended!
