Heavens Gate Ella

Clean and nice place. Breakfast was good. Also we had lunch and it was also good. They have friendly and flexible staff. They did their best to arrange our trip. ❤️

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is superb, situated in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and offers all the amenities one could ask for. From the cozy rooms to the outstanding breakfast, I felt truly pampered. However, what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional staff. They were not only attentive but also went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home. I can't recommend this hotel enough and look forward to returning soon!

Good value for the money.

It was very noisy. Partly due to construction work. But also a tv on the verandah, outside the rooms, was turned on quite early in the morning, making going back to sleep impossible.

Alan the host was absolutely wonderful. Good advice, helpful booking and arranging things. Good location with easy access to downtown by foot. Good wifi and big verandahs with lovely cool breeze. Breakfast was awesome on the top deck.

The accommodation was very clean,Breakfast was amazing every morning,great location ,staff were very nice and helpful & WiFi was decent. The manager Alan helped us with all of our itinerary for Ella while we were staying there. A very nice man. Would definitely recommend.

The Manager and the staff we're very polite and helped us with every little Problem we got. If i ever come again Back to Ella i would definitly come Back to Heavens Gate for Sure

The only Thing that sucks is the nearby Tempel because 2-3 Times a day there is a 2 Hour praying Session which can be very loud If you wanna relax. But thats the only negativ Thing.
