The location was good, the beds were very comfy and the shower was very good. Handy to have tvs in the bedrooms too. There is a lovely garden which would be great to use in warmer months. The tea/coffee/sugar and water bottles were a nice touch but were not replenished.

There is no heating in the kitchen and it was very cold. The towel rail in the bathroom is not hot enough to give off any heat in the room or dry the towels well. There is no hanging space in the bathroom or bedrooms although there are wardrobes in the lounge. A table lamp or side light and some soft furnishings like cushions would be helpful in the lounge. More towel/tea towels for the kitchen would be good.

Easy access to shops and bus stations on foot. Immediate replenishment of supplies that are normally provided by that hotel whenever they run out.

Failure of some electrical equipments but these were immediately rectified/replaced.
