Zimmer und Bad war ok, Küche gut ausgestattet. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Aufzug defekt Unklar, wann Handtücher gewechselt werden. Frisches Küchenhandtuch war schmutzig

I booked an apartment for 5 of us. The hotel emailed a week in advance to ask how we wanted the beds set up. They accommodated 4 single beds and 1 sofa bed. Both bedrooms had a TV as well as the main TV in the living room. There was an iron and ironing board, tea and coffee facilities, a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom with toiletries. The shower was a good pressure and always hot. Location was good. A quite street located near the Portuguese part of town close to shops and restaurants. We were only a 5 min walk from the waterfront and 10 min walk to liberation square. The apartment is located next door to the main hotel building with its own entrance and there is a bar with pool table and darts board we could use in the main building.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. My room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and my towels were changed frequently.

There was a 15 minute walk to St Helier bus station which was fine on a normal day with no luggage, etc. Less convenient when pulling a suitcase and buses which passed nearby were infrequent.

Location was very good, close to town shops and beach The staff are very friendly ,courteous and extremely helpful.

The room was clean. It had all the kitchen equipment that we required.
