Sarum Apart-Hotel

I was there with my mum to celebrate her 91st birthday, we had a two bedroom apartment which was great, very comfy. The reception staff are amazing, always willing to help, they even got my mum a birthday cake, so thoughtful!

The entrance is tired, could do with new carpeting, the WiFi isn’t great, a little too far for my mum to get about but we used taxis to the harbour and train station.

Les ustensiles de cuisine pas assez nombreux et parfois très usagés. Il y avait un lave linge mais pas de lave vaisselle qui aurait été très apprécié...(pas envie de faire la vaisselle en vacances!) Le canapé lit du salon était très peu confortable: j'ai dû combler cet inconfort avec plein d'oreillers... À notre arrivée dans l'appartement, nous avons découvert un gros trou dans le sol du salon à côté de la fenêtre dissimulé sous la moquette...trou avec du bois complètement grignoté qui pouvait faire penser à un trou de souris... On nous a dit que c'était dû à des infiltrations d'eau...Nous aurions apprécié que ce trou soit réparé avant notre arrivée! Heureusement, la réception nous a envoyé une personne pour réparer .

Good hotel . Not far from city centre. Excellent receptiontist Carolina, very friendly, helpful and guided us well . Very tidy and clean and had necessary facilities . Walking distance Hospital , grocery store, beach and Elizabeth castle and beach , bus station which was bonus .

No pure vegan or vegetarian restaurants in Jersey . The restaurants were expensive

We were already on the island and booked it at short notice after we decided to stay for a few more nights. The first impression was that the whole place was a bit tired, needed some new carpets, a lick of paint and some modern furnishings. Putting that aside, the one bedroom apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean, and had all we needed for our visit. The kitchen was clean, had all the necessary utensils, and was equipped really well even for a long stay (dishwasher, washing machine). The bathrom area was big and clean and had towels and complimentary toiletries. The water pressure in the shower was not great, but it was definitely usable. There was plenty of srorage place around the apartment, which was great. Our interactions with the staff were brief, but everyone was lovely and very helpful. The hotel is well located for public transport and walks to the centre, there are many restaurants within walking distance and shops, but it's still in a quiet area. It has a little garden area where you can sit down, which looks great, and a pool (we didn't use it).

The place looks like it needs a little refurb, a little paint, some new carpets, and some modernising, but like I said, all is perfectly usable as is, and it's clean. Water pressure in the shower is not great.

Great location within walking distance to the centre of St Helier and the sea. The room was clean, bright and comfortable. We had a fabulous time using this as our base to explore the Island.

The pictures on the wall were a bit creepy!

Good location in jersey near the beach and town. We got 4 apartments. They upgraded one apartment to a bigger apartment. Staff were friendly and helpful and let us check in early and borrow extra glasses from the bar . There was parking for our 3 cars . There were fans and coolers in the room . Nice garden area which we pretty much had to ourselves for 2 evenings . One evening we had a barbecue.

My children were on a sofa bed which was broken and not comfortable Our Bathroom area needs a bit of modernising . Some areas need new carpet and modernisation . One apartment the kitchen was not very well equipped. The pool was not in use due to a leak

Nice apartment hotel. The most important thing is that it is very clean and quiet. WiFi worked well. The kitchen has everything to prepare meals, the bathroom has shower supplies. Kids were happy with the pool and slide (although to be honest the water was too cold:)). Highly recommend this place.
