מנהלת המלון רוזי הייתה אדיבה, קשובה ונחמדה מאוד כשפניתי אליה לגבי המפגעים.

שיבצו אותי ואת הילד שלי במכוון בחדר שצמוד לאתר בנייה פעיל, רועש ומלא אבק, למרות שהיו חדרים פנויים רבים והמלון היה ריק. פקיד הקבלה לא אמר על כך מילה בצ'ק-אין והסתיר את המידע. חזרנו מאירוע משפחתי ב-2 בלילה וב-7 בבוקר כבר התעוררנו מרעש קדיחות נוראי מחוץ לחלון. החופשה נהרסה לחלוטין ונאלצנו לעזוב. המקום לא מתאים למי שמחפש את השקט של ירוחם.

הארוחות במלון. מי שהגיע חצי שעה אחר פתיחת חדר האוכל, כבר מצא חלק מצלחות ההגשה - ריקות. פנייה למלצרים נענתה בהתעלמות מנומסת.. לציין. אחר שהתלוננו - פיצו אותנו לא ניקו חדרים. או ניקו ברשלנות. שוה נציין את הצוות - נענה באדיבות

צוות נחמד. מקום מהמם.

ארוחת בוקר ביום שישי היתה על הפנים. בשבת בבוקר היתה טובה יותר. נתנו לנו חדר עם מרפסת על השביל הראשי. בנינו על בריכת השחיה והיא היתה בשיפוצים.
