I thought we had booked for the perimeter of the city, very surprised by its location, I am sure the photos we booked from were not for this location.

Location and welcoming by owner upon arrival. A minor matter was experienced that was sorted directly and with kindness and care.

Leaving so soon to go home, yuk ...

The cottage is well appointed and very comfortable in a quiet location

Level of equipment was good. Linen, towels were crisp and clean.

Location was compromised by speedway meeting which was noisy, together with road noise which was evident. Early morning noise from planes was also uncomfortable. The air conditioning unit was filthy, we took out the filters and hoovered them which was an improvement. The property was damp with mould evident on some of the furniture. The outside of the building was covered in mould and the guttering blocked with plants growing in them (possibly where damp comes from). The garden was rundown and not at all picturesque.

the communication with the manager was amazing and they were very accomodating with paying off the amount and adding in an extra person close to the time.
