Great location for us as halfway between Christchurch city centre & my daughter in Dunsandel. Lovely quiet location and very comfortable house with everything we needed.

There was a bit of a draught coming through the front door but nothing major.

"Relaxing and convenient"

Great shower. Excellent pressure. The landscaped native garden out the back was lovely to stroll through. Short drive to airport. Good Wi-Fi. Coffee plunger provided. Very clean inside and off street parking.

Minor things. Only one bag of peppermint tea. All other tea options were caffeinated (earl grey, green). Bowl of walnuts left on the bench were inedible.

"A comfortable, quiet cottage in a rural setting."

The Cottage was clean, comfortable, quiet and cosy. It had everything we needed for a couple of nights stay and is close to the airport. On our arrival we were wondering what we had let ourselves in for as initial impressions were a bit disconcerting, but once inside we were very happy. Some of the art work is a little sombre and the entrance is unusual but when we read about the place we understood better. When we met the host he was very friendly, helpful and interesting to chat with.
