"Great location with a perfect host"

Great location and very quiet. Facilities were great and John was proactive and communicative. He provided a cot and highchair for our 7m old and she had a great time! The local animals are a treat, especially for young kids! The house was warm and well looked after. We'll likely be back!

The master bed is very uncomfortable.... After a few days I'd got used to it but it definitely needs replacing. This was the only downside to the accommodation!

A fabulous venue with excellent parking for our vehicle and trailer. Didn't need for anything. We have Nut Point on our "must stay" list for Christchurch dog show visits.

The atmosphere, very calm and quiet, close to the nature. We really enjoyed the stay. The bird chirping sounds in the morning was icing on the cake .

It was an amazing experience. Nothing was there much to say which we didnt like. Clothes Dryer would be a good suggesstion if need urgent drying of clothes.

"Would recommend to others."

Clean, tidy and warm. Was as photos showed. Everything that you would need for a stay including washing machine and dishwasher. Great water pressure in the shower.

The double bed had a sag in the middle. Some of the windows (kitchen and small bedroom) only had venetian blinds on them, and the outdoor lighting shone through all night. Think the lighting was solar powered so couldnt turn off.

"Really enjoyed the quiet location and the lovely cottage."

Loved the quiet location, it was fairly close to most of the places we visited while in Christchurch. The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed for our visit.

Though the main area of the cottage was well heated, the bedrooms tended to be a little on the cold side and the cottage does not get a lot of sun. This made drying clothes difficult given it is Autumn and we were there for a week.
