The location was close where we needed to be and out of the city. Nice and quiet location. Free coffee and tea

The cottage smelled wet and damp as soon as you close any door or window. On arrival when we opened the door the smell was overwhelming. The main bedroom bed and another beds were held up with bricks 😩. The towels were very hard and rough and the bedding wasn't clean. The place was over grown on the outside. The kitchen utensils can definitely do with an upgrade. The cottage can definitely do with a commercial clean before guests arrive, the one window had a spider web in that looks like he has been living there for a long time which shows the cleaning isn't done to any standards. At least there was enough heaters in the rooms to keep us warm.
