• It’s bang for the buck! • The room is spacious compared to most homestays around GL. • It’s far enough from the main tourism road so it’s quiet and the street is not very busy, which I really prefer. At the same time it’s near enough to do “siargao things” in GL. • The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. • There’s a light switch near your bed so you don’t have to stand up to turn it on/off. That’s an S+ feature. • It’s a gated building so you have extra peace of mind. Especially when you’re renting a motorcycle, you can just park safely inside the premises. • The staff were very helpful and accommodating, even called me before the day of our arrival to ask if we needed anything for our trip. • The common kitchen was much needed. We borrowed utensils and benefitted a lot from the stove and electric kettle. • Wifi speed is tolerable. It’s does the job for social media usage, but better go to another place if you need internet for work. • There are enough floor rugs inside the room, that’s not common in most homestays. • For a 7-night stay, the value is great.

This may be nitpicking but I believe this feedback can help improve the place. • My main issue is that the first few amount of water that comes from the shower smells bad. It smells like very old water stored in a dirty tank, though the smell goes away after a minute or so, but still it smells awful. • The color of the water is also not clear and it’s salty, maybe because the source is from a deep well. It’s not bad, but it could be better. • Footsteps from upstairs are quite annoying and disturbing. Our room was on the second floor and above us is the common kitchen on the third floor, and we hear lots of heavy footsteps. • There is a stand fan inside the room but it was very dusty, it’s basically unusable. The blades were covered with thick dust.

The property is advertised as an entire apartment with a balcony This is not the case it is one bedroom with a balcony up on the third floor with a shed kitchen with the family that live there, most of the things in the room were broken or didn't work very well

Everything is perfect -from the location, the place itself, and ate monique is the best concierge ever!!! Kung makakabalik man, will stay here. 100% worth the price.

Hindi gaano nagfuflush ang toilet but very minimal problem.

Good accommodation at a reasonable price in general Luna. Super clean with comfy beds and hot shower. Good ac too. Staff are laid back and friendly and helpful and can arrange trips and bike hire for competitive prices. Close to the Main Street in general Luna- about a 20 min walk or few mins on a motorbike. There’s a common kitchen on the top floor too with a chilled water dispenser which is an added bonus! Thanks for a good stay
