Lord Nelson Hotel-Lime Street Station Liverpool by Compass Hospitality

The location of the hotel is very good - 2 minutes from Lime street station and the city center can be easily reached by foot. Rooms are small, but nice and clean. They have very friendly and helpful receptionists.

The bathroom was a little worn out and cold, because the heating did not work. There was no toilet brush. You couldn't hang the towels anywhere because there were no hangers. But bathroom was almost as big as the room :)

Excellent location for just getting off the train and getting settled. Guy on the front desk was lovely and friendly. The bathroom was a good size, wardrobe and spare blankets available and a smart tv so I could sign into my streaming services.

Nothing to dislike.

The location and the beds were comfy

It was dirty, mouldy and dusty. The room was disgusting! I didnt even want too look at the bed under the clean bedding but the rest of the room was awful. The windows didnt close and we were on a main rd so it was very noisy

Dirty picture, wall and windowsill, damaged curtains, window frames need changing, a lot of noise would be reduced with double glazing
