"A great hotel at a great price"

It is near Lime Street Station and the Empire Theatre. The hotel has a really homely atmosphere. A nice lounge area with a soft drink machine. The breakfast room is really comfortable and the continental breakfast suited me fine. I booked a single room but it was very spacious and the single bed was bigger than normal and was so comfortable. There was a dressing table and chair and kettle with tea, coffee etc. There was also a large TV which could be moved around to watch from bed or at the dressing table. The reception were great as well.

There was nothing I didn't like. I was more than happy with everything

"Pleasant and convenient"

Excellent location for city break. Easy to walk to all the sights, shops, restaurants, transport, entertainment etc. Friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel is undergoing reformations as rather tatty. Some disruption with facilities, housekeeping, etc.

Das einzig Positive an dieser Abstiege (nicht Hotel) ist die Lage direkt hinter Liverpool Lime Street.

Überrisseme Wucher-Preise für ein kleines 1-Bett-Zimmer, ohne Frühstück und Zimmerservice (Dynamische Preise, FR - SO: 44.-, 100.-, 244.- Pfund !!!!!!) Keine Reinigung der Gänge nach Teppichwechsel mindestens 3 Tage, überall lagen Resten der Arbeiten. Lift konnte nicht vom Erdgedchoss genutzt werden, der Knopf fehlte ( mindestens 3 Tage). Ich werde mich nach meiner Rückkehr noch direkt schriftlich beim Hotel beschweren und booking.com Rate ich dringend, dieses Etablissement zu streichen.
