Foxgloves and Ivy

Clean, Spacious and Comfortable. 5 minute drive to Supermarkets and Dod Friendly.

Nothing not to like.

The property was in the perfect location to see all the lakes. The cabin had all the basic amenities without going shopping when you arrived. Easy to access as Philippa met us with the keys. Had a lovely meal at The Greyhound in Bothel and the bistro next door to The Premier. The ginger cakes was a lovely touch. Thank you.

We had a great stay at Foxgloves & Ivy. The host was there to greet us and easily contactable leading up to and during our stay. The location was perfect and we were amongst incredibly friendly residents. The accommodation had everything we needed (towels, linen, kitchen appliances and cleaning products etc) and made our stay completely hassle free.

We had a lovely gesture or the ginger cake and chocolates on arrival. The location was perfect for seeing the lakes. We had everything we could need during our stay and the host took great care in making sure we knew where everything was during our stay.

We did feel a little chilly in the back bedroom compared to the rest of the home, but we did travel at a particularly cold spell in the year. They're was plenty of extra blankets and throws provided so it wasn't too much of an issue.

Everything was perfect, Pippa was wonderful and the property very clean, and had everything we could need for a comfortable stay

Lovely welcome from Phillipa all home comforts thought of. Games and dvds for adults and children. Very detailed book about the property and area. Not to mention lovely homemade Ginger cake.
