Fantastic lodge. Phillipa the host was really lovely, she gave me some great recommendations and we had a lovely time. My Mum, Reggie 🐕 and I highly recommend staying here. The lodge itself has absolutely everything you need, from the super comfortable beds, to the location and of course Phillipa's amazing ginger cake. Thank you Phillipa we will certainly be back

Little tip my sat nav just would not accept the post code so it told me to go to Moota Service Station and hey presto this was the retreat 😃

Met at the property by the very pleasant owner. Welcome cake and card received. Plenty games and DVD's to keep a family happy on a rainy day. Plenty cooking and food storage facilities

We had a wonderful stay at Foxgloves and Ivy in the Lake District! The mobile home was cosy, well-equipped, and nestled in such a peaceful spot—perfect for relaxing and exploring the area. Phillipa was an amazing host, so thoughtful and welcoming. She even left us a homemade gingerbread cake, which was absolutely delicious! Couldn’t recommend it more—thank you for such a lovely experience.

Gorgeous location, quiet and relaxing. Accommodation is spotless, very comfortable beds, plenty of towels and everything you need for a self catering stay. Very warm welcome, delicious welcome gift of ginger cake. Location is great for a base to travel to nearby attractions and to travel to different towns.

Everything was positive.
