"Would not stay here again"

Location was good.

We were never informed that we would not have hot water during our stay. This was a big turnoff. There’s also a sign in the dining room area that says that mariachi bands will not be allowed to play there but they were constantly playing and blowing their instruments in peoples ears disturbing their meals. The Overall experience was mediocre at best and I would not stay at this hotel again.

"Beautiful room, good food in the restaurant, and very close to the beach"

We had a room with a balcony that was steps away from the ocean. The view of El Tunco was beautiful and we enjoyed listening to the ocean when we were in our room.
