The location is right on the beach, in the middle of all of the action. The pools are clean, the service was excellent, and the room was very comfortable. The AC worked very well and the view from our balcony overseeing the beach was amazing! The staff was extremely attentive & helped us navigate to local busses. Our room included free breakfast. The drinks from the bar were very good!

Bring earplugs. We stayed during the weekend. The bar next door had a live band. It was so loud that it literally shook the bed. Granted, it was a Saturday night in El Tunco. To be expected. But there was no chance of sleeping until the music stopped. We ate dinner at the restaurant the night we checked in. It was pricy for what we got & probably our least favorite meal while in El Savador, but it wasn't bad. Just average & pricy.

The place was ok. Please be careful at the time of adjusting reservations as they accidentally double charged me and after almost 2 weeks I am yet to be reimbursed. I work hard for my money and although they apologized for there mistake, an apologize is not enough when it is the customer who has to pay the consequence of their mistake.

View, staff very nice. Amazing customer service.

No hot water, no microwave, no fridge.

Our stay was great! The staff and our room was amazing - will definitely stay here again.

Well, aside from the power and water, and AC going out all day, it wasn't that bad. Just when I wanted to go to the bathroom or take a shower or get some AC we had nothing for most of the day.
