"Lovely location and comfortable, modern apartment"

The inside was modern and clean. The views were exceptional

The service station below was being fully torn up so it was slightly challenging to find the door to the building and also the view out from the balcony showed all the construction

The apartment was very comfortable with all necessary amenities

A couple of nights noise from the street and music did bother us. Windows aren’t double glazed so noise carried easily

"Modern renovated flat right on Beach Road, with stunning views."

Wonderful views from apartment right on Beach Road. All the modern amenities you could wish for is available. Walking distance to DHL stadium.

The flat is above the Shell Service station, so noise is inevitable from the service station and Beach Road. The parking lot is also right across from a liquor store, so there are some loiters hanging around. Once you are inside your flat the place is perfect.
