Poor hygiene, no privacy in the bathroom

Room 106 bathroom a little off.. The wall kinda ruin the view inside bathroom.. Paint a little off.. And a roach in early morning seen on the floor.

THE HOTEL WAS IN A PLACE WHERE IT WAS CONVENIENT FOR ME, ALSO AT THE TIME OF BOOKING I NOTICED IN YOUR VOUCHER, TV , AND SAT LITE TV IS AVAILABLE, BUT 6 NIGHTS I DID NOT HAVE ENTERTAINMENT AT THE HOTEL COS THEY DID NOT HAVE SATLITE TV , THE TV PROGRAMMERS WERE LOCAL AND WE DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE LANGUAGE, MY OPINION IS BETTER BOOKING .COM SHOULD NOT HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THIS HOTEL, NOW WHEN EVER I MAKE A BOOKING WITH BOOKING .COM I HAVE TO THING TWO TIMES IS ALL FACILITIES MENTION ON YOUR PLATFORM IS CORRECT OR LIES.

BATHROOM DOORS CANNOT BE CLOSED, SINK TAP WATER DOES NOT POUR OUT PROPERLY SINCE TAP IS LEAKING FROM THE SIDE. NO SAT LITE TV. MINI FRIDGE WAS NOT WORKING AT ALL. NOT WORTH FOR THE PRICE IM PAID.

Nothing I like.

It was a horrible stay with least cooperative staff. Towels were dirty with yellow stained and the staff are not willing to change as no spare sheets available. Bed sheets is faded with dirty look and unable to change. Unable to sleep as indian music can be heard past midnight and musty damp smell. Worst experience. Credit card system is down and have to pay cash or direct transfer from account.

The glass window was partly broken with a gap of about 20cm X 10cm. This affect the air conditioner. Outside noises could be heard and heavy rain may enter the room ( Number : 407 ). Photo attached. The receptionist was informed of this during check out.
