Everything is terrible except the Malay and Indon staff. They were friendly.

The Indian staff wasn't helpful. The towels provided were in worse condition. It's all torn apart. I acknowledge that your hotel rate is cheap but that's not the reason for you not taking care of your hospitality. Otherwise, once I got into the bathroom, there was a mark of urine on the toilet bowl. In addition, your Indian staff was busy playing games on his phone. There was a renovation in the morning. It disturbs our morning time. I could hear it banging on my eardrums. The bed was poor. I think it was from 1970. Also the wifi system is poor. I stayed for 7 days but still the towel needed to ask to change.

The room is bright with windows all around. The bed is comfortable.

The bathroom is small and not cleaned properly with mouldy walls.

Stay there for 3 night...never do cleaning until we ask for second day... promise will do cleaning at morning but never come untill 5pm...come after we make noise...just change blanket and never do proper cleaning...only one plug can use...other faulty... Feel disappointed
