I do not recommend!

I do not recommend! the apartment was unprepared - dirty dishes, broken kettle, smelly rags in the toilet, dirt. owner arrogant and rude. When I sent him the photos, I didn't even hear an apology. in return, he said that if we didn't like it, we should move out and look for another place. it was 8 PM. However, in this situation we had no choice. avoid this place!

Modern, bright and brilliantly located in Skopje. Air conditioners in each room, two bathrooms and a functional kitchen with “honesty bar” drinks in fridge.

The apartment is beautiful and very modern-1st class. The location is excellent-in the center of the city, old town is a 10 minute walk. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped. There is also a washer and drying rack. The bathrooms are small but functional. The apartment building is part of a large mall-food stores, bakeries, restaurants are located below. There is an excellent authentic restaurant, “The Old House Restaurant”, an 8 minute walk from the apartment. The apartment owner offers free parking-a real perk.

Three things worth noting are, 1) We never had face to face contact with the owner (which I do not prefer). Everything was done by text. He was responsive when we had a question, however, we did not receive instructions how to park and enter the apartment until a few hours before our arrival. 2) To pay for the room we had to leave cash and take a picture and send it to him, not a very secure way of doing business. 3) Parking the car took a little effort but it’s free. You must first park near the entrance to the mall parking garage, then walk and take the elevator to the apartment (7 minutes) get the parking card pass, return to the car, enter the parking garage, park the car, and finally take your bags back up to the apartment. When you leave you must use the parking pass to get out of the garage and then go back to the apartment and leave the pass on the kitchen table. In my opinion the effort to park the car is worth it. The apartment is in a great location.

Our stay in the apartment was extremely comfortable. The location is very convenient for sightseeing and for enjoying the city's culinary, cultural and social offer in a relaxed way. The kitchen is very well equipped and functional.

The building's entrance, staircases and lifts could be renovated.

The apartment was right next to the lift therefore it was a little noisy.

The property had a very good location, the apartment was very spacious and comfortable to stay in. The host Peter was very professional and helpful with our enquires

Close to everything, very clean and the host was very helpful and accomodating, provided a detailed video of entrance to the apartment block and was contactable easily.
