Lotus Haven Villa

Great location, great atmosphere, quiet, very attentive owner. Will stay again.

Arthur the owner and his staff were super kind and accommodating! He was there chilling when I arrived. He very much could have been a guest but I knew as soon as he took his cell phone from the table and knew my details he was the boss. I'm kind of low maintenance and to the point so I asked him "if it's OK, provide me with essential info and please allow me to ask a few questions". He was consice but answered everything I would have asked. I did ask for a wake-up call at 4:00am for my Angkor Wat tour, two sandwiches (one for breakfast and one for through the day, and if they would freeze a bottle of water so it will melt through the day. He would have arranged an Angkor Wat tour and did arrange a ride to the airport for me which I paid for on my check-out so no worries about taxi fares. He assured me that everything was no problem for them. The rooms and lobby had plenty of drinks and alcohol, very reasonably priced. The location is great, off the Pub Street to be comfortable but a very short walk to it. There is a 7/11 nearby but it doesn't have the food I've grown accustomed to in SE Asia. The one on Pub Street has everything.

There is nothing I didn't like but I will share this for feedback to Arthur and as a commitment to the Booking.com community. I was there in a heat wave when it was 38C felt like 43C. I also don't handle heat well more than anyone I know so I like my room cold, always setting my AC to 16C. The room I booked didn't have a strong AC. I spoke with Arthur about this and he said in the past week he had a few issues with the ACs and was in process of repairing them. In the meantime they provided a different room with an AC that was good for me which would exceed anyone's expectations. The staff insisted on moving my belongings and while I don't like to create extra work for kind and generous people I let her take my carry-on while I took my backpack. It was only one floor down. If they weren't the kindest people I've ever met in 16 countries I'd have let her move it all. They're so kind I feel bad, and I'm Canadian living in Bangkok...two of the most polite countries in the world :) And they didn't HAVE to be kind, the villa was very nice on it's own!

Arthur and the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and when we went out before breakfast time on a tour or to airport we were given a really good sandwich. Tours were organised for us if we required which helped us a lot as we were only there for a short time. A small place and it was like home from home. Really enjoyed

Nothing, the pool was a bit small but as there were not many guests it was enough and we were out a lot any way.

From the minute we booked, Arthur was incredibly welcoming and helpful to us, and he made sure our stay went as smoothly as possible. Very chilled atmosphere, loved the pool, and we were also able to have massages booked in our room. Very short walk from Pub St and close to many conveniences like laundry, coffee, snacks etc. If you have an Angkor Wat sunrise tour, make sure to let reception know and they will make some sandwiches for you to take with you.

The owner Arthur and the staff were really kind and attentive, and the hotel is located very centrally but off of a side street so you did not have a lot of noise. There is a restaurant on site and stocked bar as well as snacks and a mini bar in the room. The pool is small but super refreshing after a day of tours

Lotus Haven Villa is in a quiet lane off a busier street which was perfect. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool, although small, is perfect at the end of a hot day. The staff were lovely - very kind. The owner Arthur was great. Very helpful and friendly.

The swimming pool is deceptively small
