The location, how super friendly and accommodating the owner is, how comfortable the room is. Loved it so much I extended my stay 3 times.

Only for one thing for improvement is a hook in the bathroom so you can hang your toiletry bay

This is a really comfortable and relaxing place to stay. It has a very personable touch. The staff are all really friendly and make you feel very welcome. I had a lime in my room and the staff left me a sharp knife the next day which I really appreciated. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Siem Reap!

A fabulous bargain with great staff on a quiet alley. This was our best hotel experience over five weeks of SEAsia travel.

Artur is a great host! From the moment we arrived at the hotel, he took care, that everything is alright and we feel comfortable. We booked the airport pick-up and also the Ankor Wat tour through him and everything went smoothely. We had a very friendly tour guide for our sunrise tour and could get sandwiches for the tour at the hotel. Lotus Haven Villa is a nice small boutique hotel, walking distance from restaurants, bars, coffee shops. Possible to book spa/massage at the own hotel room. We would definitely come back here again!

Very friendly owner and staff. The location is good - very central in Siem Reap. The staff organised transport and a tour for me.

Lovely quiet place, very Close to pub street and market. The staff were wonderful, owners are there to assist you with all your needs. Lovely rooms with snacks and a minibar. All the services that you can think of are available. Tickets, tours, or massage are all available. Great place all together.
