"OK but operation needs a little tightening up."

Main reception area and lounge very good and nice atmosphere, didn't seem part of hotel in terms of style

Rooms OK but light bulbs now working in 2 rooms and they seemed a little tired. Staff friendly but didn't seem particularly well informed. Also lift appears to have been out of order for a long time and it's a long haul up the stairs as ceiling heights are high.

"A very pleasant stay in lovely surroundings"

Great location in a pretty Church Square near the city centre. Large, clean and modern room with lovely touches such as complimentary drinks. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Paid parking onsite very useful. Large TV and great view from room.

"Perfect hotel to explore the city."

Great location, just 15 minutes walk to the Utilita Arena, and 10 mins from jewellery quarter. And about 20 mins walk to Broad Street area. Hotel was perfect, set in the quaint St Pauls Square opposite the church. Rooms were light, spotless and airy with comfy bed and lovely bathroom. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Oh,.. breakfast was delicious too! Thank you to everyone who made our stay perfect.
