-App für Zimmerschlüssel -Sündhaft teures Zimmer mit einem witzig kleinen Fenster zum Innenhof - es war als wär gar kein Fenster -Im Innenhof war eine Party wo bis spät Nachts gefeiert wurde. Es war als hätten sie in unserem Zimmer gefeiert. Auf Nachfrage bei der Rezeption wurden wir total arrogant und schnippisch darauf hingewiesen, dass man da nix tun könne und überhaupt wäre es ja noch nicht mal Mitternacht -Fenster war nicht zu öffen -generell für diesen Preis eine Frechheit --> nur hip nix dahinter. Personal arrogant und wenig hilfreich

Magnífica estancia, nuestra habitación era enorme, muy bonita y estaba muy bien equipada.

Me gustó todo, quiero felicitar a los creadores, a los gestores y a todo el personal del hotel, aunque no les vimos si apreciamos el buen trabajo que hacen.

Clean, well located hotel. Nice amenities.

Lobby opened too late on the wknd. For early risers, a better opening time to access baked goods, coffee etc. Would be 7 or 7.30am. Not much is open in the area until 9 or 10 for coffee or food, so having this opportunity would have been good. I think having a barista and some music would also be nice in the lobby on weekends. It was too quiet, no vibe or energy.

No tenía rampas para superar las escaleras que había que subir para entrar el el hotel y para coger el ascensor, con lo que tenías que cargar las maletas, tanto para subir como para bajar. Inconcebible!

On our last night there was loud music playing until 2 AM coming from the street, otherwise we had a great stay

Per accedere è necessario fare delle scale e con valigie grandi o per persone con disabilità o problemi di deambulazione non è facile. Non so se c’è un ingresso senza barriere architettoniche e non l’ho visto io. Però se c’è andrebbe segnalato meglio

Lokalizacja - blisko najważniejszych punktów Oslo oraz dworca (10-15 minut spacerem), bardzo duży pokój i przemiła obsługa. Fajne było to, że był dostępny supply room i jeśli czegoś zabrakło (kawa, ręczki, itd.) to można było sobie samodzielnie wziąć.

Sprzątanie mogłoby być codziennie.
