Era umidissimo, infatti le lenzuola erano bagnate..il condizionatore emanava un odore strano. Mancava asciugamano di dimensioni più piccole per le mani.

Unfortunately, our experience this time was very disappointing. Before our arrival, we politely asked whether it would be possible to leave our luggage before the 1:00 PM check-in time, but after a few messages we received no further response. In the end, we were only able to enter the room at 12:40 PM to leave our bags, after a tiring night of travel through airports and long journeys, and in very hot weather. Once inside, I noticed that the shower was not clean and took some photos. (before anc after) In addition, the bed had not yet been prepared. When I pointed out the issue, the cleaning lady reacted very, very aggressively and started raising her voice in front of me and my mother. I felt uncomfortable and intimidated by her behavior. The manager was then contacted, but instead of trying to resolve the situation, he sent me a message telling me to show respect for people who work. Really?? Later, another member of staff (the wife of the chef) arrived and was much kinder and more helpful. Unfortunately, the way we were treated was unacceptable and completely affected our stay. For this reason, I cannot recommend this property and I would not choose to stay here again. Finally, the water heater was leaking, and on one occasion we had to take a cold shower due to the lack of hot water. This added to the negative experience and further highlighted the maintenance issues of the property.
