We had a problem with the shower, as the drain was blocked. As a result, water overflowed from the bathroom into the bedroom. When we contacted the owner to request at least an extra towel—since we had to use one of the two provided to wipe up the water—we were told that none were available. Additionally, the electricity was tripping at least every five minutes.

Biggest thanks to the neighbor from the next door who did her best to help us at midnight and gave us water so we could use the toilet.

Since there were many negative comments we didn't have high expectations. But in no way did we expect to be without water for 20 hours. The owner said that the problem was in the city but that was a big lie because the neighboring apartments had water! The conclusion was that the water was intentionally turned off!!

Losa komunikacija sa sopstvenikom,trazio je da ranije napustimo apartman kao uopste da nije video rezervaciju pa smo morali da kontaktiramo booking.Sve ovo je bilo jako stresno za nas.U apartmanu nije bilo stolica ni ormar gde bismo mogli odloziti odecu.Nije bilo casa,sapuna i samo jedna rolna toaletnog papira za 3 osobe i 4 dana.Sopstvenik nije odgovarao na nase telefonske pozive.
