The location is absolutely perfect and both Amit and Fetson were incredibly helpful and friendly. Would absolutely recommend going kayaking in the backwaters with Fetson's company, GoPaddle. It was the highlight of our entire Kerala trip. Beautiful stay with everything you could want.

I had such a wonderful stay at this beachfront Airbnb in Kerala! 🌊 As a solo female traveler, safety and comfort were my top priorities, and this place exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable just steps from the beach, with breathtaking sunrise and sunset views right from the balcony. The room was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, with all the essentials provided. I especially loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves and waking up to the sea breeze. The host and the manager was warm, welcoming, and always available if I needed anything, yet they gave me complete privacy. They also shared great local recommendations for food and sightseeing, which made my trip even more memorable. I felt completely safe here, both in the accommodation and in the surrounding area, which made it the perfect choice for a solo female traveler. If you’re looking for a peaceful, scenic, and secure stay in Kerala, I can’t recommend this place enough, I’m already looking forward to coming back!

I stayed at Akoya Beach Villa with my wife and we absolutely loved the place. Amit and Fetson were super helpful right from the start, giving us clear instructions and making sure everything was easy for us. We stayed on the ground floor, and honestly, the beach is just a few steps away it feels like a private beach to us. The villa gives you full privacy, which we really enjoyed during our stay as a couple. One of the best moments was when the team surprised us with a complimentary birthday cake for my wife’s birthday. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our trip extra special. The property is perfect for couples who want peace, privacy, and a real beachfront experience. Thanks to Amit, Fetson, and the whole Akoya team for making our stay so memorable. Would definitely recommend this place!
