Hotel room

There was no management. No toiletries. Not even a watet bottle in the room. There is no reception. No one to contact to. There is just one person to contact who also doesn't stay in the property. There was no corporation from the hotel in whatsoever way. The locality is also kind of shady.

"Close to the beach apartment"

Very good communication with the owners/ managers. Akoya Beach is located close to the beach. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for the comfortable stay.

Good location. Manager was friendly and responsive.

The photos are very misleading. They are only of the upper room. The lower room is much worse and there are no photos of it. It is advertised as having a sea view but there is no sea view. You get a view of a wall. The room has mold on the walls and smells of mold. All of my clothes smelled bad after staying there for two nights. The room is way too expensive for what you get.

Overall, best stay in Alleppey, value for money, would stay here again if I come back to Alleppey. I loved the room decor, and the view outside our room was spectacular. Would like to appreciate Amit (owner) of this Airbnb, did not get a chance to meet him, but he was very soft spoken and respectful on the phone, attempted to help me as best as he could. I must say he dealt with some situations kindly than the manager.

The shower failed to provide warm water the next morning. More security locks would be nice, especially in the main gate.

Location of the property and cleanliness also Swiggy Zomato delivers there (Instamart ,Blinkit also available)

Restaurants,Bar, cafe's are not nearby, atleast in off season.
