Outside looked clean and tidy like previous year we stayed. Looked nice inside but not the same standard.

Room not ready to check in at 5.00pm when check in was from 3.00pm. Asked to wait outside. Bedsheets screwed up needed ironing. Spare bedsheets on the floor under the bed. Dirty water filled and cigarette ashtray left on table outside. Unlocked door . Two large broken umbrellas on the floor by the decking trip hazard. No chair to sit on inside the room. Two Used air freshener bottles outside the door on the skirting for the entire stay , no one came to check or cleaned room empty bins or offer service. Staff smoking outside the room smoking sitting on tables together. Door frame of toilet flaking off exposed wood .

very comfortable - suited our needs

Apartment was fine for family. No sink in kitchenette, which was a bit strange. Kids loved the big bath. We booked dinner, but as we arrived we were told that the chef walked out that morning. But having read previous reviews, that seems to have happened before?! So not sure what the deal is. Had to scramble to find somewhere else to eat. Could be a great space but need to get their restaurant sorted. Left a night earlier than planned.

The blaming room was really hot and no ventilation. No where to clean dishes used. We had told the pub that we would be eating in it. After a full day out we arrive back, have a shower and walk into the pub to be told the chef had walked out that morning so they weren’t serving. We then had told drive a fair way to find a pub that had availability. Lucky we had not had a drink before going to the restaurant. It would have been useful if we’d received a text or message to let us know of the situation.

The car park was nice and easy to park

No food served in the pub should have been made aware prior to visiting apparently chef walked out. (Wonder why) Not very welcoming, host could not really care less and was reluctant to sell us a pint as it seemed an inconvience to serve. So Went to the shop. Empty bottles of beers in the outside patio area of the rooms. Left by perious guest!! , Probably because they felt so awkward asking to buy a drink, (they really seem like they don't want the incovience of serving you in the pub also shows they don't really clean the place well. This is also not a two bedroom place. There is no door between the two rooms it's open planned. Should they really state that.

Staff very friendly. Good parking. Property comfortable. Very quiet.

Room hadn't been cleaned. The toilet had recently been used and not cleaned and there were shampoo bottles and a scrub.flannel left in the shower. When we mentioned this to staff we were told the chef likes to shower before work but no apology or any acceptance that this was inappropriate for a paid property. When you see unclean toilets and showers it makes you wonder if anything else had not been cleaned like beds and adds anxiety to any sleep/rest. The property itself was nice but the layout was weird. It would be an excellent 2 bedroom apartment but feels extra beds have been squeezed in. The whole property is open planned with a lovely bath in the main bedroom but because we shared the property with older children and because it was open plan it was just impractical to use.

It was not what was advertised it had no kitchen it was a kettle and coffee machine with a fridge no sink no cups beds were not in separate rooms just a half wall between them with a bath by the window no dinning area only place to sit was outside the restaurant had no chef so no food and only one packet of cereal mini for 4
