Bardzo dobra lokalizacja (na przeciwko galeria handlowa, blisko do starego miasta), aparatament nowoczesny, zadbany, czysto. Wszystko zgodnie z opisem. Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Należy tylko wziąść pod uwagę, że budynek znajduje się blisko głównej drogi i hałas da się odczuć.
