Apartments Perla with free parking

This was our first time visiting Croatia, and staying in this apartment gave us a great first impression of the country. The location was perfect, the apartment was very clean, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful detail of having the air conditioning on when we arrived — it made us feel immediately comfortable after the long trip. Everything went smoothly during our stay, and we’re happy to leave a 5-star review. Thanks to this experience, we’ll return to Croatia with peace of mind and great memories!

Had shops across the road. The old town was a 10 minute walk close to the attractions . Host was very helpful with all questions.

Great location out of the old town but still within walking distance. Very modern apartment and had everything we needed. We also used the bus station a few times which was also within walking distance. Nice to have the supermarket just over the road. Communication was great too.

Road noise could be a bit noisy at times in the evening - they like their bikes in Zadar!

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment very much. The location is ideal - about 15 mins walk to the Old Town, close to the sea, opposite the City Galleria shopping mall. Safe neighbourhood. Communication with the host was perfect, she is a really nice person. We had everything we needed in the apartment - including a dishwasher and a washing machine. The apartment is beautiful, nicely decorated and beds were super comfy. Since the apartment is located next to a main road, the area is noisy (constant traffic), but the windows were really good at blocking the noise completely. We also very much appreciated the outdoor blinds.

We liked everything. Maybe a few more dishwasher tablets would be nice, and a blanket for sitting on the sofa when it's cold in the evening.

Great location with high quality apartment. Was clean and well equipped. It is a new building so everything is fresh and modern. Really glad that we choose it. Also host is very helpful and kind :)
