Only the view

On arrival, I was met by a young boy who showed me to my room. During the walk to my room, he shoved his mobile phone in my face, which was playing a cartoon with disgusting language, which I was very disgusted by. At the evening meal, I was sitting in the dining area for nearly an hour waiting for my meal. I was then moved to the side of the dining area away from other guests and was told that I would have to wait for my meal. It felt like I was being segregated away from other guests, and kitchen staff had not catered for me as a lone traveler. When my meal was eventually served, everything was stone cold, which included the rice, French fries, and all three meat dishes. I complained about why I had been served cold food when everybody else had hot food. I have never felt so insulted and treated so badly in all the years that I have traveled to Vietnam. I had booked two nights at this homestay, but I promptly booked out the next day. Out of ten for this establishment, I give it a minus ten for the disgraceful treatment that I received. This has been the worst experiencethat I have ever encountered in Vietnam.

Overall good experience! The food was so good. The water stopped working in the middle of the night but that might have been for the whole area as it seemed like a lot of new plumbing was going in. We had a flat tire the owner called his mechanic friend to fix the tire, such a life saver!

Nothing really; all fine

The manager was very kind and trying to help. There was excelent view from the bungalov and tasty dinner.

There were just thin blankets and we were freezing in the night. The walls of the bungalov are thin so, I feel sorry for our neighbours because we had food poisoning from the town from lunch and the night was horrible. Our stay was spoiled due to our bad experience from the town.

The boy angrily checked me in because I woke him up (14:00). I then had to distract him from his mobile game so he could take me to my bed. It was too cold and drafty. You also have to pay for water.

The meal that they provided for 100k dong was delicious and there was so much food that you shared with the other guests.
