"Yasin from the reception made the difference!!! Thank you!"

The hotel itself is ok BUT YASIN from the reception made our staying excepcional!!! We had a problem with our flight reservation and our 7yo daughter was sick, he did everything he could and beyond to help us, he was key to solve our issues, the management of the hotel must be proud and feel lucky to have such a smart and resolutive guy as a part of the team! We really felt so blessed to have crossed him on our journey, thanks SO much YASIN!

"over all is good"

Restaurant staff that duty when breakfast time are so limited so we have to clean up the table that we will sit by our self after another guess use it. Food have to refill more often, because several times we want to take the food but it's empty
