Очень хорошее расположение, хозяин всегда на связи и готов помочь во всем, без дополнительной оплаты заселили раньше

Ubication. Convenient. Comfortable.

The first impression of the entrance of the building but the appartment was clean and accomodating. There could be more cuttlery in the kitchen. You have to accept that there is a restaurant with music downstairs though you can enjoy it. They finish around 10-11 pm. Id you're a foreigner, you should know that the owner will expect you to pay in cash.

Very helpful host. Any questions and issues were solved immediately. Contactless check-in. Spacious and clean apartments, great location.

Location is excellent. You are just a few walking minutes away from freedom square. There is a ton of space and a very comfortable living area.

Inadequate curtains - you will be awake at dawn. Top floor apparently uninsulated roof makes it very warm, however you can use the AC but this is difficult to overcome the heat unless you keep it on all day. Kitchen is not really functional for any real cooking; not sure why they bothered, however there is a full common kitchen, but it is down a flight of stairs so not very practical. There are significant stairs to access in case that matters to anyone
