Very helpful and friendly host, always willing to help. Most amenities were there to be used. There is a shared kitchen among all rooms (I think there are 4)

החדר נקי, מעוצב יפה, מאובזר היטב, מרווח ונוח לשהות בת מספר ימים בטביליסי. היתרון העיקרי של החדר - המיקום במרחק של 4 דקות מכיכר החירות ובלב הרובע העתיק ההולך ומתחדש, מעבר לפתח המלון - בתי קפה, מסעדות... מיקום כמעט מושלם.

הגורם המפריע והבעייתי ביותר: היעדר המעלית/ האילוץ להיסחב עם כל המטען שתי קומות לקומת ה'מלון'. ומשהגענו לתוך המלון - שוב, גרם מדרגות לולייני, תלול, פנימי אל החדר שלנו. לא נוח עד מסוכן. מאוד לא אהבנו את מה שקורה מחוץ לחדר: מבואת בניין מוזנחת, מתפוררת ודחוה. בהחלט לא הרגיש נעים להיכנס אל תוך מבואת הבניין לאחר שעות החשיכה. תוך החדר, מבואת הבניין וחדר המדרגות - שני עולמות שונים.

Posizione ottima per visitare il centro, buona pulizia e un comodo parcheggio interno - con qualche manovra. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile, disponibile e ci ha dato preziosi consigli. Comodo il self check-in. Dimensioni delle stanze generose e bagno moderno dotato di tutto il necessario.

Понравилось доброжелательное отношение. В апартаментах есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Очень стильная отделка.

В душе вода растекалась по всему полу. Убирали воду шваброй.

房主比较热情。

没有电梯顶楼我拎个25公斤的行李箱累惨了，然后他是一个房子内四个住户。卫生间味道比较大没有做干湿分离。没有垃圾桶这个有点神奇。我住的房间还有个天窗没有帘子到了早上特别亮没法睡懒觉。
