Keats Green Hotel

What a stay! Steve, the host, was friendly and very accommodating as we needed an earlier breakfast. The room was huge! Clean, well-facilitated, and uniquely decorated with an unobstructed Seaview. I would thoroughly recommend this quirky hotel if you're looking for something different.

Location and the antique theme

Breakfast was ok but had been precooked and kept warm as egg yolks were hard.

We stayed at the hotel with our 2 German visitors. We all loved the style of the rooms which were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice from cereal to full English. Steve, the proprietor, did all he could to help us enjoy our stay. The location of the hotel is perfect for the beach, the old town, the Chine and the new town.

Due to ongoing renovations the bar and restaurant were not open but there are plenty of places nearby so it was not a problem. We wish Steve all the best in his hard work and hope to be back to see his achievements

Steve was very welcoming and is working hard to improve his hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The location was beautiful and a real asset. Breakfast was good but the bacon under cooked and the beans cold.

The hotel facade was dated and the decor waiting for renovation. The rooms were very cold on arrival, too warm at night, then freezing in the dining room in the morning.

Such a lovely couple running this hotel, so attentive and helpful. This was my 3rd stay here in this hotel in sunny (mostly) 😉 Shanklin. Best sea view, and close to esplanade for bars,lunch and dinner, great sandy sea walks.

Nothing wrong, will be great when bar and music room finished.

The room had fantastic views. The friendliness and helpfulness of the owner who always tried to accommodate.
