Keats Green Hotel

The manager personally gave us extra tea bags and the well cooked breakfast in a relaxing atmosphere was a perfect start to the day.

The back of the hotel needs tidying up a bit, as we approached we wondered what was in store but the hotel itself is very comfortable.

The owner, Steve , worked hard throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable, as well as cooking a great breakfast with plenty of choice and continuing with the renovations.

Very welcoming staff! Good breakfast, large selection and everything was fresh. Full English Breakfast. Beautiful view from some rooms, breakfast area and lounge.

Some areas are during refurb, so I believe they will be available for the guests soon. Hope also for better use or outside area, which has a great potential.

friendly host ,great location, plenty of space, but in the process of refurbishment , but fairly priced with this in mind be great to see the progress in the future , wish Steve all the best with this.

Steve was friendly on arrival however shame no introduction of host on check in ,wasn't sure if he was the owner on us getting out of our taxi... no breakfast menus or options given for breakfast and a lot of hard work for one person running everything but aware he was trying his best.

Very friendly staff. Very clean and convenient premises, Facilities and entertainment looking good for summer. Very happy with early spring stay. Summertime will be great though.

Location perfect for sea front and old town. Room very clean and comfortable, lots of space. Good value.

We were here in winter season so sadly certain facilities (bar / restaurant/ pool) were not available . Renovation work underway but no noise while we were there. This has potential to be a great hotel when finished.
