坂の上にあるので、足が不自由な方は辛いかも 部屋の前に通路があるので、人が通るのが嫌いな方は要注意(どの部屋も恐らく同じ) ラマダン中はコーラン放送が爆音なので、必ず明け方に1度起こされる

Emir was great!

The staff was exceptional, they remembered about a birthday and celebrated it with gifts and food for us. Moreover, they were friendly and helpful. The location is great, good view, beautiful rooms.

The bathtub leaked, however, the staff was helpful and helped with the cleanup.

I stayed in the balloon view lodge and the views did not disappoint. Absolutely breathtaking. The staff were incredible.

Location

• We experienced a very unpleasant stay due to a serious room temperature issue and poor handling by the hotel staff. • Although the air conditioner was on, the room remained extremely hot despite us complaining more than three times. • Reception initially instructed us to switch off the power at the entrance, but even after more than an hour the room did not get any cooler. • When staff finally came to check, instead of fixing the air-conditioning they worked on the plumbing around the wash basin to stop the hot water. The room continued to get warmer and we were sweating heavily. Our pillows even became damp from sweating, making it impossible to sleep. • At around 1:28 AM we called reception again and insisted on changing rooms. We were first told that no rooms were available. Only after we strongly raised our concern did they agree to move us. • By the time we were moved, it was almost 2:00 AM. We only managed to rest for about one hour before waking up at 4:30 AM to catch our transport for a hot air balloon activity. • This caused significant inconvenience, stress, and lack of rest before an important activity. It was very disappointing and certainly not worth the money we paid. • No one from the hotel took proper responsibility for the situation. • Given these circumstances, we would like to request appropriate compensation for this stay.
