The location was very nice.

Staff was rude (yelled at us when we were checking in and were not hospitable throughout our stay), no WiFi throughout the hotel, rooms were not cleaned (and the staff complained when we asked to have them cleaned), and throughout our stay the hotel was very slippery due to ice (we had multiple falls and 1 injury).

洞窟ホテルの雰囲気が存分に味わえました。シャワー・トイレもとても綺麗でした。海外のホテルでは珍しく綿棒やティッシュも備え付いており、とても快適な滞在になりました。ホテル送迎もしてくれました。

The concept and location of the hotel were fantastic, and the view was great

The room was mediocre as we had booked the suite, but photos were of the other suite , the room was dirty, didn’t seem to have been cvacuumed or mopped. The breakfast was very mediocre and was running out at 9am
