Pool being cleaned at midday when people wanted to get into it meaning not allowed to use out for an hour afterwards

Beautiful setting and stunning views. The pool area is just lovely. Friendly and welcoming staff, comfortable beds and on site parking.

Amazing site with outstanding views, large bedroom & excellent shower, one or two exceptional staff members. Excellent but pricy restaurant.

Rather faded with surprising deficiencies for a 4 star hotel - eg no USB charging points; excellent wifi in central building but poor WIFI in the bedroom; solid plastic sun loungers by the pool. Slightly sad atmosphere overall including many staff.

Our stay at the Mount Nevis Hotel was just out of this world and with its hill top situation, fabulous views, lovely gardens and pool it was truly the perfect place to relax and enjoy our holiday on Nevis. We were given such a warm welcome by Noreen who couldn’t have been any more attentive or helpful during our holiday and who treated us like family. We were upgraded to a beautiful apartment which was just beautifully decorated, so comfortable and lacked for nothing and we never tired of the view from our own patio. We just can’t say enough about the warmth and helpfulness of all the staff, we were really given the 5* service! We will definitely return and would encourage anyone to choose to stay here.
