What a gem of a stay, was ideally placed in the centre of Chester and included parking, extremely clean, smart and Tracy, our host was great, always there if we needed anything at all, nothing was a problem :)

I loved it all lots of space and enough room to rest in you feel secure in the room

Sometimes you can hear peoples doors but nothing really bad

The location is excellent, the hotel is in a quiet street but only a few minutes walk from the bustling City centre and the added advantage of free parking is a real bonus. The staff are lovely, especially Tracy who is so friendly and helpful and just went out of her way to make us feel welcome. We had a junior suite which is fantastic, beautifully decorated with all the added extras you'd expect from a luxury hotel but without the luxury price tag.

We couldn't get any hot water from the bathroom sink tap. It may have been because we just didn't run it long enough but you'd expect hot water to be pretty instant.

Very convenient location with parking.

Excellent location and beautiful rooms! Very clean, comfy and had everything you needed!! Will definitely stay again!

Communication with the property was outstanding from get go. The staff were super helpful and friendly throughout. The room was lovely, spacious, clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend and we will most certainly return.

The property is quite boutique style. The welcome was amazing really natural and organic. The apartment had lights on for us and was warm already. The cleanliness was great and the bed was so comfortable.

The hotel is in a great location, just steps from the city wall. We stayed in room 3, which could not have been more perfect for us.
