Perfect place to stay for easy access into the town, the room was perfect and will definitely stay again when visiting Chester.

"Great location, but bedding was poor quality and needs replacing."

Property looks the part and is in a great location but bedding was not of great quality and pillows were old, smelt bad and uncomfortable.

I disliked the lack of information regarding parking on-site, I did think the bedding needs replacing as it’s old and smells quite bad. The overall look and cleanliness was fine but bedding was a let down. Shower wasn’t easy to use as you need to pull the chord but eventually we figured it out. That needs to be signed as I’m used to more modern shower facilities. Would still stay here again.
