Easy check in. Clean and comfortable.

Coffee pods were either decaf or espresso .... A little disappointment as the place was excellent.

Perfect location, within a 2 minute walk of the centre, lovely building, clean and very well appointed room, extremely comfortable bed and the staff kindly arranged free parking. Superb stay. Thank you.

Nothing I didn’t like

Nice big comfortable room

- the directions to the parking are awful - there were no toiletries in our bathroom which we don’t realise until we needed to shower the first morning and by that time it was too late as we had to go out. I asked the receptionist (well, the lady/AI? behind the strange surveillance camera at the receptionist desk) who apologised and said she would sort it out for when we got back. Low and behold when we got back it hadn’t been sorted so I went back to the surveillance camera and asked why, again the lady/AI apologised and told me to get it myself in one of the cupboards in the hotel. - I would classify this place as a serviced apartment rather than a hotel given there is no food or staff there. It’s a very cold experience. Good if you value privacy and very good, I suppose, if you wanted to have an affair here. - WiFi instructions also inaccurate - room temperature hard to regulate - the ‘smart’ mirrors are naff and you should be able to plug the one in the bedroom out. We had to cover ours with a towel to black out the annoying blue light on it - there is a tap to tip payment machine at the empty reception which is pretty ridiculous given there are no staff and the lady/AI behind the surveillance camera is useless

Good location, nice room, has all the essentials.

Feels a bit overpriced, we booked in the last minute and were under the impression that it is a hotel with a lobby and a 24h front desk but it's more of an apartment.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the amenities.

Maybe less stairs to get to the apartment for two pensioners with dodgy knees but well with the hike when we got there.
