Great place to stay with the family, modern and clean. Staff was welcoming and friendly especially, Marina she was great with hospitality, and she gave us information on the area. As well as she upgraded us to a bigger room without any charge,breakfast very good and healthy. Crestina, in the morning, she welcomes you with great smiles, and she makes great coffee, Hana is very helpful at reservation. All staff was good and welcoming. I would advise visitors of Erbil to stay at this hotel.

The room has no table lamp. If you need to open the light, you have to open the main socket, which is disturbing the kids in the night. Keep in mind that the tea and coffee at the reception are not complementary, and they charge you without giving us an invoice. We asked to get the minibar removed. However, at checkout, the receptionist kept us waiting to make sure that the minibar was removed and they did not keep it in their system. They should include an invoice of things ordered from the reception since they kept offering without letting us know that it is being charged when checking out. This is feedback for improvement.
